Waste Types
Feel free to contact us directly if you would like to know more about what can go in a skip. Prices vary according to material and more information about pricing can be found on our skip sizes & prices page. Also see our FAQ for more information.
General Waste
Our general waste skips are acceptable for the disposal of household rubbish, including furniture, office waste, white goods, and general household waste. Small volumes of pavers, bricks, concrete, or soil can also be disposed of in a general waste skip, but it is recommended to separate these materials if there are substantial amounts.
Building waste
Building waste skips are ideal for builders or landscapers who need to dispose of a variety of heavy materials as well as for do-it-yourself home improvements.
Masonry - Bricks & Concrete
Concrete, blocks, roof tiles, bricks, pavers, and slate can all be mixed together in bins for masonry waste. These bins only accept one kind of waste, making them less expensive to rent.
Clean Earth - Dirt & Clay
These skips are ideal if excavation work has occured and a quantity of earth needs to be removed from a site. This is a very cost effective method of earth removal.
Green Waste
This comprises grass, grass clippings, smaller trees, shrubs, twigs, wood chips, and palm fronds. Small amounts of soil/dirt waste are also permitted. Renting these bins is less expensive if they only hold one kind of trash. For medium-sized garden clean-ups, trimming, or landscaping tasks, 3m3 to 6m3 skip bins are ideal.
